Andrew Saunders

Andrew has been a Director of Saunders and Staniforth for approximately 8 years with prior experience in the valuation and town planning industry in Central Western New South Wales for an established firm since 2001.

Andrew has extensive town planning experience graduating from The University of New England in 1992 and undertaking ten years experience in local government town planning prior to his switch to valuation and property services. Andrew’s experience in both town planning and valuation is an integral part of the function of Saunders and Staniforth as Property and Planning Consultants providing a wide range of property related services for a range of clients including developers and lenders.

Mitch Staniforth

Mitchell has been a Director of Saunders and Staniforth for approximately 8 years and has in excess of 15 years experience in undertaking a range of property valuations for all types of property including residential, rural, commercial and industrial properties throughout Central Western New South Wales. Prior to moving from Sydney in 2000 Mitchell undertook valuations for established property firms operating from Parramatta and undertaking a range of residential, commercial, retail and industrial valuations.

Mitchell has extensive farm management experience both first hand and through his rural background from West Wyalong and through University (UNE-OAC). Mitchell is an unrestricted valuer with a range of skills in all types of property valuations and provides experience and professionalism to Saunders and Staniforth.

Ken Roberston

Ken commenced working with the Valuer Generals Department in 1966, employed in the position of Acting Senior Valuer at the Orange office from 1991-1996, covering the Orange contract and dealing with Bathurst, Oberon, Lithgow and Evans (now Bathurst Regional and Oberon) LGAs amongst others. He was then appointed to the position of District Valuer with the Valuer Generals Office.

Following the split of the Valuer Generals office in May 1997, he became the Area Manager at the Orange branch of the State Valuation Office and from 2002 – 2005 he acted as the Principal Valuer at Orange. He is currently employed as a contract valuer with the Department of Commerce.

Over the course of his career Ken has been based in areas such as Dubbo, Mudgee, Orange, Griffith, Deniliquin and Parkes, allowing him to develop a sound understanding of the Central Western market. He has successfully negotiated previous tenders for the districts of Bathurst, Lithgow, Oberon and Evans. He has been involved in land acquisitions, asset valuations for local government and valuations for property consultancy including cottages, industrial complexes, commercial and rural properties.
Having worked on the Orange contract for 25 years, Ken has a high level of competency in the technical skills and methodology required for mass valuation contracts.

Lisa McFadyen

Lisa has extensive valuation experience of all types of property, largely in the Central West and Riverina areas, having operated for an established firm for the last two years based in Albury. Lisa is currently based in Condobolin and essentially focuses on valuation work in the Parkes, Forbes, West Wyalong and Condobolin localities in the Central West.

Tony Gahan

Tony has extensive knowledge of a range of valuation and property types aswell as stock, plant and machinery valuations. Tony joined Saunders & Staniforth in 2010 and for a Central West valuation firm since 2003.

Tony also has qualifications as an auctioneer and stock buyer since 1981.

Tony's rural and stock experience is invaluable.


Mary Symons

Mary joined the Saunders & Staniforth team in 2010 and has expanded her knowledge and experience of property markets from the Central West of NSW to the Blue Mountains and South Coast.

Based in Cowra, Mary has currently focused on residential, rural, commercial and industrial valuation work.

Mary has grown up in Cowra and district and has a rural background with irrigation and grazing management experience.

 

Graydon Staniforth

Graydon joined Saunders & Staniforth in December 2011. Previously Graydon has worked for a valuation firm in Sydney - Landsburys International.

Graydon has a strong affiliation with rural NSW having grown up in West Wyalong and well as Agricultural Economics (UNE) qualifications.

He has a keen focus on the rural and residntial areas of the Central West.

Paul Logan

Paul is a registered valuer with qualifications from the University of Technology, Sydney. Paul joined Saunders & Staniforth in January 2012 and has previously worked in commercial property management in Sydney with Jones Lang LaSalle.
Paul has farm management experience having grown up and worked on a family farm in the Tottenham area.
Paul is keen to develop his knowledge and expertise in the rual and residential areas of the Central West.

Wayne Riches

Wayne has been operating on the South Coast for approx 20 years with extensive market experience in the Batemans Bay, Ulladulla and Moruya region. Wayne joined Saunders & Staniforth in January 2012.

Mark Hillsdon

Mark has in excess of 10 years property experience being associated previously in a property management and accounting role with Essential Energy prior to joining Saunders & Staniforth.

Mark has a rural background with particular experience in the Bathurst and Oberon localities and is keen to develop his knowledge and expertise in the commercial and rural sectors.

Greg Karedis
